JOB SUMMARY
The Project Manager has proven communication, interpersonal & analytical skills, willing & able to adapt to client cultures affectively & learn different businesses quickly. Working with a team of skilled professionals, you will manage & lead projects, programs & portfolios through the use of project management methodologies.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES
Lead the planning and implementation of projects
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Develop full scale project plans
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of direct IT project management experience
PMP Certified
Knowledge of RUP Methodology
Knowledge and experience with project management best practices
Proven track record of managing a variety of projects, programs, portfolios
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and motivate team members
Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, & organizational skills
Excellent client service skills
Strong time management skills
