In your six or more years of multi-dimensional experience with increased responsibilities, youve shown a dedication towards continuous learningstriving to become proficient in various skills needed to work at the highest of levels. You are proficient in a variety of performance management systems, possess a firm understanding of SMART goals, and have Crucial Conversations and Resolving Conflict Constructively accreditations or equivalents. You know employment law like the back of your hand and how and when to apply it. You have experience in working through harassment investigations and are well versed in employment legislation as well as human rights. As a current and up to date HR professional, you stay active in this field of expertise by attending applicable learning and development events.
