In this first impressions role, the ability to multi-task with ease, professionalism and accuracy is vital to your success. This high energy position will not leave you sitting bored behind your desk! Dealing with customers, employees and managers in a dynamic, upbeat, and consistent way is the expertise that you provide. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
Relay messages promptly and accurately
Deal with inquiries from Sawyers customers
Provide specific executive assistant support to the President, and general clerical support to administration
Receive and sort mail deliveries, courier packages
Hold any delicate or controversial information with a high level of professional confidentiality
Schedule appointments for meetings and interviews, and maintain the events calendar for business networking opportunities within the various associations in which Sawyers belongs.
Attend specific sales and management meetings in order to communicate various customer deficiencies, pending customer service issues, and customer service success stories as they relate to our top priority company goal of demonstrating excellence in Customer-Centric service at Sawyers.

Demonstrate the ability to be a decision maker as it regards minor customer complaints that are obviously quite trivial.
Within our customer service team, being assertive when required, especially as it relates to bottlenecks in the communications highway be they in internal or external communications.
Connecting daily with sales-people and management, thus initiating a prompt and consistent response to Customer Need.
