Great Opportunity for an Experienced, skilled RV Parts and Service Manager sought for a very busy, fast-paced service dealership. You must be dedicated to providing quality service while enriching the customer experience and creating a positive work environment by embracing teamwork. The successful candidate can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description:
Must be experienced in work flow, flat rate billing, warranty procedures, time management, billing and payroll. Our team is highly skilled and requires a leader that can keep pace with their abilities.
Customer service is of utmost importance to us and should be a priority for potential employees. You should be a people person and problem solver with an extensive background in Parts and Service. We are looking for the right person to lead and fit in with our current team and grow the business. You should be available to work weekends, and 50+ hrs a week is not uncommon during season.
The Successful candidate must be able to:
Plan, assign, and direct personnel
Coach and mentor employees
Address complaints and resolve problems
Assuring service profitability
Manage staff and customer requirements
Communicate efficiently, and effectively with service and sales team members
Job Requirements:
Must have 4-10 years of RV service Management experience in busy shop
Basic computer skills required (comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook)
Result driven for quality workmanship
The ability to manage efficiency of Technicians
Knowledge of parts and warranty procedures
Amazing customer service skills is a must
