Position Summary:
This full-time job is a vital part of both parts and service operations for our busy Recreational Vehicle Dealership. Our Warranty Administrator is responsible for managing all warranty claims, assist with inventory control and shipping receiving, as well as working with both the Parts and Service Departments to provide administrative support. This position is responsible to cheerfully and efficiently assist customers and vendors both over the phone and in person with their requests.
Major Responsibilities:
Process warranty claims
Verify criteria required by factory or manufacturer and ensure all qualified claims are processed in a timely manner
Ensure relevant departments have the required paperwork to reconcile inventory and financial accounts
Provide exceptional service dealing directly with customers and vendors both in person and over the phone
Inform/Schedule preventative maintenance service with customers
Qualifications
2-5 years general administrative experience
Preferred candidates should have:
o Relevant post secondary education
o Previous warranty or inventory control experience
o Familiarity working in a retail environment
Candidates must be proficient using computer software including database management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,
Candidates must be self-motivated, have exceptional organizational skills, proven written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work supportively in a busy retail environment.
