Description

We are currently looking for a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team at our Regina branch.  If you want to work in a dynamic team environment and you excel when being trusted with responsibility then Westburne is the place for you.

As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
    Sourcing and ordering of materials
    Verifying material quantities ordered by the customer
    Processing customer orders
    Negotiating annual price contracts with our vendor/suppliers
    Quoting the customer when required
    Expediting material to ensure that strict delivery deadlines are met
    Processing part changes (as specified by the customer Engineering Dept) and obtaining samples for approvals
    Implementing VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) Programs
    Handling all customer inquiries
    Monitoring the account to maintain complete and accurate records
    Liaison with Westburne purchasing department to ensure that adequate inventory levels are maintained
    Order desk responsibilities    
Requirements:    
    Previous inside sales experience would be an asset
    Grade 12 education (or equivalent)
    Product knowledge of the electrical/automotive business
    Knowledge of the AS400
    Experience with MS Office programs would be an asset
