Description

We are HNG Accounting Group - a small and busy accounting office in Saskatoon.  We are looking for an organized office administrative assistant who can keep the rest of us sane and happy!

We do professional accounting services, which ranges from corporate year-ends to personal income taxes and company bookkeeping.

We don't expect you to do all that, but your roles would include:
- Answering the phones (screening out telemarketers)
- Greeting clients on phone or in office in a polite professional manner
- processing payments and managing Moneris machine
- Handling mail, faxes, and scheduling couriers
- Help with filing and copying documents
- Monitoring office supplies so we don't run out
- and generally anything else that would keep us functioning smoothly and happy.

Other really common sense expectations
- Showing up to work on time
- Dressing up casually but still in a professional manner
- Limiting personal phone conversations and internet access to non-work hours

Office hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:30am to 12:00pm, 1:00pm to 4:00pm
