We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our Engineered Products Division, which specializes in the design and manufacturing of customized heavy equipment innovations that improve our customer's efficiency and productivity. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for:
-Maintaining a high level of confidentiality in all interactions
-Maintaining confidential files
-Time management must be able to balance multiple priorities with minimum direction while meeting critical deadlines.
-Providing time management assistance to the VP of Manufacturing and the VP of Engineering
-Managing calendar, emails, and contacts for the VP of Manufacturing and the VP of Engineering
-Booking meetings and organize travel
-Coordination of meetings including creating agenda, minutes and distribution of all documentation
-Preparing graphs, spreadsheets and reports
-Coordinating customer and supplier visits and factory tours
-Event Planning customer events, employee events
-Working with Brandt Group of Companies executive services group on companywide initiatives
-Handling Receptionist duties when called upon
-Assisting with ordering and distributing promotional merchandise
-Performing other related duties as assigned
Required Skills
-High level computer skills specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Understanding of accounting practices with ability to read financial information
-Minimum of 2 years' experience working with Senior Management in a related role
-Ability to meet deadlines
-Self-motivated
-Continuous Improvement mindset
-Office Education Certificate or relevant years of experience
