20Ten City Eatery requires a part time server for Friday and Saturday evenings. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience. Must be able to work in a team environment and willing to adapt and learn new skills. Wine knowledge is definite asset. We are looking for an organized, upbeat, well spoken person to join our team.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
- Describe and advise on wine selection
