Job Description: Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, the Ability Management Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Ability Management Program. This includes administration of sick notes, Disability Income Plan and Workers Compensation Board claims, as well as WCB payroll advances, reconciliation of closed claims, statistical analysis and reporting.
This position through the Ability Management Program will promote a preventative pro-active culture of ensuring a safe work place for all workers and returning sick or injured workers back to work as soon as is medically possible.

Required Qualifications
Office Education certificate
Experience
Recreation Administration Degree/Certificate, Medical Office Assistant, Return To Work Certificate or a suitable combination of education and experience preferred. Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in administration of payroll and/or benefits would be considered an asset.
