s part of our growth objectives, HB Welding is seeking a working Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee day to day operations of our facility in Osler, SK near Saskatoon. Reporting to the COO of parent company Elder Capital Corp, this dynamic individual will bring a combination of production and product design experience that will allow us to grow our business. Willing to pull up their sleeves and get dirty, the ideal candidate will be a journeyman welder or machinist that is willing to work alongside their employees. Leveraging synergies with our sister companies in Elder Capital Corp, the successful candidate will have all of the tools required to take the company and their career to the next level.
Responsibilities:
Oversight of all day-to-day operations including purchasing, scheduling, employee relations, and facility upkeep
Promote HB Welding products and services within the service area
Provide reliable and consistent feedback to management on business requirements
Aide in product development and selection of suppliers when required
Desired Qualifications:
Journeyman Welder
Custom and production fabrication experience
Experience leading groups of up to 10 people
