Providing direct support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Director of Finance and Administration (DFA) and the Senior Management Team, this dynamic position is the filter between the senior management team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a diverse background and technical skills including basic accounting, human resource and other related organizational skills to support the CEO and DFA.
The successful candidate will have a genuine appreciation for protocol and discretion in a First Nations and Metis cultural setting.

Administrative Support
Prepare documents and presentations; conduct research and assemble and analyze data for reports and documents.
Collect, review and enter human resource data using appropriate software.
Correspondence Management
Review, action, and distribute all incoming correspondence.
Type, copy, distribute, file, and retrieve correspondence, reports, and documents.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Education and Experience:
Candidates will have a degree in Business Administration with experience in human resource management or a similar field.
You will have a minimum of five to ten years experience in an office environment.
Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of Ceridian, ADP, Sage 300 (Accpac) or other related software is preferred.
