The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and operation of the shopping centre building systems including the supervision of maintenance staff and numerous external contractors.
Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in facility management including technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Experience working with service contracts, long term repair projects and capital improvements would be essential in this role as would supervisory experience, a valid drivers' license, and a working knowledge of MS Office applications.
