Description

The Legal Counsel provides leadership, advice and recommendations to the Corporation on legal matters to ensure SaskEnergys position is optimized. This includes drafting legal documentation, providing legal advice, recommending options and identifying potential impacts.
Qualified applicants will possess:
Bachelors of Law Degree (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD) with practicing certificate with the Law Society of Saskatchewan
Four to six years experience practicing commercial law
Real property, privacy and labour and employment law experience would be an asset
