This role is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities using strong organizational, communication and administrative skills while maintaining confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties for the site team
- Perform required data entry into the system
- Assist in gathering of all required documents for invoicing required by the customer (as directed).
- Maintain filing system for contract documents and ensure home office has all documentation.
- Collect necessary documentation for new hires and terminations and forward to home office.
- Forward appropriate forms to purchasing as required.
- Forward contracts and all other required documentation to home office for invoicing.
- Order supplies (ex. Office supplies) as required.
- Provide any job specific reports to site management as required.
- Assist in processing time sheets, packing slips, safety documentation, etc.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Previous administrative experience, Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Working knowledge of job costing an asset.
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of systems and Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team player, flexible and able to work well with team members.
- Able to multi task and adhere to tight deadlines and time constraints.
- Punctual, reliable and dependable.
- A positive attitude including the willingness to do whatever is required to help.
