Motor Coach Operator
Full-time, Permanent, In-scope
Prince Albert, SK

Are you comfortable assisting and serving a variety of passengers? Would you respect the rules and regulations of both STC and the road? Are you comfortable working, often with no direct supervision, on your own? More importantly, would you enjoy interacting with people all day? If so, you should consider joining our Motor Coach Operator team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Motor Coach Operators are responsible for the safe, reliable, and courteous transport of passengers and freight for which STC is known. They often work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS

Candidates must hold a valid Saskatchewan Class 2A driver's license and demonstrate a suitable driving record by providing a three-year driver's abstract.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to react quickly and remain calm in difficult and stressful situations, such as road-side motor coach maintenance and weather delays
- Ability to work independently as the majority of your time will be spent on the road
- Ability to lift and handle parcels up to 100 pounds
