Hours of Work: In a 6 week rotation: 28 shifts of 8.00 hours
Salary or Pay Band: $38.080 to $47.490 (6 step range)

Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is accountable for providing clinical education, consultation and participation in policy development at the regional level in Prairie North Health Region. The CNE will collaborate with Directors, Managers, and Point of Care staff in the assessment of learning needs, delivery of a regional nursing orientation and providing specific education/inservices.

Required Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Bachelor Degree in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Level C Health Care Provider (HCP) - Heart & Stroke
Current CPR Certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position

3 years recent clinical experience in acute clinical or patient/family service area

This is a regional position currently based out of North Battleford.
