David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Administrative Assistant.
Our client is currently seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support their busy office and assist with upcoming projects. The successful candidate must be flexible, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Role:
Provide office support activities for multiple employees
Review expense submissions
Typing, word processing and creating documents
Ordering supplies and publications
The Ideal Candidate:
At least one (6) months of experience as an Administrative Assistant
Solid Microsoft Word skills with the ability to create correspondence and use templates and headers and footers
Solid Microsoft Excel Skills with the ability to create spreadsheets and record and track data
A quick learner with exceptional multi-tasking abilities
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills
