Vertex is currently accepting applications for full-time, permanent Field Coordinators. The successful candidates must have experience working in plant and field environment and have valid oil fields safety tickets.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or higher education
Valid Class 1 or 3 drivers license with a clean abstract
Minimum 5 years of plant and field services experience with related training and supervisory experience
Familiar with all areas of field, plant equipment and operators
Possess safety tickets including but not limited to First Aid/CPR, Construction Safety Training (CSTS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and H2S Alive
Demonstrate a commitment to environmental compliance and safe work practices
Ability to work independently while managing crews and client expectations
Integrity and reliability, willing to accept after hour calls when necessary
Possess excellent planning, organization, time management and communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customer and client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times
Oversee crews and equipment in assigned areas and provide direction to field operators
Organize and control lease service activities
Assure adherence to operating standards
Schedule, plan and allocate work to staff
Recruit, evaluate and terminate field services employees
Safely observe all company operating guidelines and procedures
Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
