As a Data Processing Clerk, you will be responsible for issuing clearance letters in principal/subcontractor situations and processing accounts receivables from employers for the daily deposit. You will enter employer payroll data from annual employer payroll statements and payroll revision letters. As well, you will respond to telephone inquiries related to employer account updates/clearance requests and will transcribe documentation for employer accounts letters and memos.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of grade 12 with a minimum of six (6) months experience demonstrating the ability to do the following:
- Data entry skills/proficiency with computers (typing at a rate of 35 net words per minute).
- Good organizational and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Windows applications is an asset.
