The Co-op Refinery Complex, located in Regina, Saskatchewan, is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide high quality and confidential HR assistance to the Human Resources Department and Labour Relations Department. This includes providing frontline customer service and reception to applicants, visitors and employees to the Refinery Business Office; assisting with administering the employee benefits program; administering and coordinating employee relations programs; preparing correspondence, presentations, training materials and manuals; managing department filing system; and compiling, verifying and preparing reports.

Qualifications include a two year diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline coupled with 1-3 years of relevant experience. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered.
