The Co-operators is looking for a temporary Benefits Administration Assistant in our Client Services department in Regina, SK. This is approximately a 12 month term position.
The Benefits Administrator Assistant provides administrative services at the employee level, including new member additions and supporting the onboarding of new groups. The role also processes routine transactions such as occupation code updates, address changes, beneficiary changes and Electronic Funds Transfers.
Your Qualifications
- Completion of or working towards LOMA, HIAA or CEBS designations with 6 months - 2 years of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of the group insurance contract and eligibility rules\guidelines
- Knowledge of Compass, Benefits Now, Aurora, and/or Panorama systems, as well as Microsoft Word
