Description

In 2017 the Saskatchewan Roughriders will be moving to their brand new 33,000 seat Stadium located at Evraz Place, in Regina. In preparation for this exciting move, the Riders will be required to re-seat all existing season ticket holders prior to the start of the 2017 season.  It is vital that this task be done in a fair and equitable manner ensuring that we do our utmost to satisfy the needs of our clients to the best of our ability.

Reporting to the Ticket Manager, Stadium Transition; the Account Reps, Stadium Transition will provide customer service and sales to Rider season ticket holders for the transition to the new Mosaic Stadium. This will include those with tickets in the main grandstands. Assistance will be required with Club seating, Green and White Club members and suite holders. If required, the Account Reps may be required to sell new season tickets to the wait list and/or the general public.

This is a term position requiring up to 35 hours per week for a one year term beginning March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017, with the possibility of extension.

*Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.

Major Responsibilities:
- Learn, process and collect down payments as required on the Ticketmaster system
- Learn and understand the new Mosaic Stadium layout and amenities
- Provide exemplary customer sales and service
- Self- tracking and raising of concerns to ensure daily/weekly targets are met.
- Respond to escalated customer problems and seating issues with a focus on problem resolution within pre-approved guidelines.

Assets:
- Completion of a degree or certification, or ongoing study in a business, sports, hospitality, sales or marketing program OR demonstrated equivalent experience with 2-3 years of related employment experience
- Box office experience within a sports organization or major event or experience with e-commerce systems (debit terminals, ticketing systems)
