Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Nutrition
Valid Class 5 drivers license
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced communication skills
Advanced interpersonal skills
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Ability to travel both within the region and provincially
Assessment skills
Facilitation skills

Required Qualifications Continued:
Must have access to own vehicle and a valid drivers license.

Other Information:
Canadian Diabetes Education certification would be preferred.
FIeld Hours.
This is a multi-site position which provides LTC and inpatient/outpatient services to Battlefords District Care Centre, River Heights Lodge, Battlefords Union Hospital and the Primary Health Centre.  Although subject to change, this position is currently located out of Battefords District Care Centre.
Expected Start Date: March 30, 2016
Expected Up To Date: March 29, 2017
FTE: 0.20

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days
In a 3 week rotation: 3 shifts of 7.50 hours
