Position:
Part-Time Seasonal Receptionist

Company Profile:
Young's Equipment Inc., Southern Saskatchewan's largest Case IH agricultural equipment dealership is looking for two Part-time Receptionists to join our team in Regina through our peak season from April to October. We focus on delivering exceptional customer service to a thriving agricultural community across our nine locations. Well-established and family owned, Young's Equipment is continually growing.

The Role You Will Play:
-    Greeting and directing Clients and Customers.
-    Operate and answer a multiple phone line system.
-    Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting and mail distribution.
-    Operate and maintain general office equipment.
-    Good oral communication.
-    Good multitasking and organizational skills.

Background Profile:
-    An ideal candidate would possess extensive customer service skills and work well with others.
-    Basic computer skills are required, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
-    Weekends and overtime are required as scheduled.
-    Experience in PFW/CDK business systems would be considered an asset.
