Description

The Northern Human Services Partnership (NHSP), also known as the Northern Regional Intersectoral Committee (RIC) is now accepting applications for a coordinator based in La Ronge, SK to support an integrated human service agenda in Northern Saskatchewan. This goal is accomplished by the building of partnerships for social change within the Northern Administration District including priorities, but not limited to, Early Childhood, First Nations and Metis Engagement, Disability Supports & Services, Northern Poverty Reduction & Governance & Mentorship. Under the direction and guidance of an Executive Committee, the Coordinator leads and coordinates all elements of the Northern Human Services Partnership.

This is a senior management position requiring:
-    Extensive knowledge of human services & experience working with committees
-    Leadership, coordination, facilitation & organization skills
-    Community engagement, development & capacity building skills
-    Ability & desire to collaborate with diverse organizations & individuals
-    Flexibility, dynamic personality able to adapt to change
    
These skills are typically gained through a combination of a university degree & a background in human services.  Please note that this position requires a dynamic & flexible individual with an interest in creating change to better serve northern residents through human services. The applicant sought will bring a collaborative personality, new perspectives, dedication & adaptability in exploring change within the Northern Human Services Partnership.
