Description

Looking for a full-time (min 30 hours per week) in-home caregiver/parent's helper for children under eighteen years of age. Must have 6 month training or relevant experience. Will work in a private household in Saskatoon for the duration of employment. Will also be responsible for accompanying children to and from various activities outside of the house. Must be available to work odd hours for example evenings and weekends. Offering wage based on schooling and experience but no less than $14/hour.

 - Travel with family on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties
 - Tend to emotional well-being of children
 - Take children to and from school and to appointments
 - Supervise and care for children
 - Sterilize bottles, prepare formulas and change diapers for infants
 - Shop for food and household supplies
 - Read to children
 - Prepare craft materials and assist children to use them
 - Prepare and serve nutritious meals
 - Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
 - Organize, activities such as games and outings for children

 - Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
 - Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
 - Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
