With 30 years experience, Lynch Property Services Inc. is looking to grow and is currently seeking candidates to fill several maintenance worker positions.

Shifts are from 5:30am to 2:30pm. Candidates must have a clean drivers abstract and the ability to get to and from work as public transportation is not available. Because of the nature of this job, employees may be required to provide a criminal record check.

Duties will include snow removal, landscaping, litter pick up, inspection of facilities, as well as basic maintenance and repair work. Employees will also be required to operate hand tools, snow blowers, lawn tractors as well as basic lawn care equipment.

Any certifications such as pesticide applicators license, building systems certificate, etc. would be an asset but is not required. Experience in electrical, plumbing, landscaping or any other trades would also be considered when determining wage.

Positions are available immediately, full time and summer students welcome.

Lynch Property Services guarantees hours for its employees no matter what the weather. Shifts are typically Monday to Friday but the occasional weekend work may be required.
