SUMMARY
Responsible for being the subject matter expert for information technology (IT), that supports business processes impacting marketing, business development, communication and finance within the firm. Acts as the main liaison between vendors, IT and MLT line of business owners.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. System expert in configuring and managing the various technical systems within the firm.
2. Supports data stewardship and data architecture for business applications.
3. Works with subject matter experts to ensure the MLT website remains current, relevant and user friendly.
4. Provides technical consulting support and expertise in the effective use of the various systems and interfaces to support technology solutions, including overall performance, troubleshooting, modification, improvement and maintenance.
5. Assists with lifecycle management by identifying implications of system upgrades and aids in planning and executing upgrades.
6. Leads user testing of new application releases, upgrades, enhancements, etc. Develops test plans and provides guidance and/or execution of test plans.
7. Creates/tests/implements complex reports using reporting tools, particularly for reports requiring data from more than one system.
8. Utilizes Business process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and supports implementation of recommended changes.
