Description

Humboldt Medical Clinic, located at #637, 9th Street Humboldt, is seeking part time and full time locum physicians to provide outpatient, inpatient, long term care and emergency services to the residents of Humboldt and surrounding area. Participation in the obstetrical service is optional. Compensation is on a fee-for-service basis.

The Humboldt District Hospital has 36 beds and is currently served by 11 doctors. The facility provides general medicine, obstetrics, surgery and emergency services. Other services provided at the hospital include laboratory, radiology, physiotherapy, palliative care, dietary counseling, chemotherapy and ultra sound. Cardiology, urology, gynecology, internal medicine, ENT, podiatry and orthopaedic services are provided by specialists on a visiting itinerant basis. The newly built Humboldt Health Complex opened in 2011.
