E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for an Assistant Service Manager to help manage our high performing and dynamic Service Department at our Assiniboia location. Reports to: Service Manager    

Job Duties:

    Help manage the day to day operations of the Service Department
    Work closely with the Service Manager and Corporate Service Manager to ensure company standards and values are being achieved
    Help manage, mentor and guide a team of dedicated technicians and support staff
    Ensure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is consistently being achieved
    Become an expert in all aspects of the service department
    Maintain a strong professional relationship with all departments within the dealership
    Continuously strive for improvement in current processes and procedures

Skills and Abilities:

    Must have superior communication & customer service skills
    Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
    Leadership skills
    Excellent computer, organizational and follow-up skills
    Experience scheduling and planning projects an asset

Qualifications and Experience:

    Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
    Previous managerial experience an asset
    Previous Parts or Service experience an asset
    Agricultural background an asset

Compensation/Hours:
