Description

The Buffalo Narrows Regional Housing Authority manages a property and program services portfolio on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Our office provides affordable housing to low-income seniors, families, and others, who could not otherwise access safe, secure shelter within Buffalo Narrows and the neighboring communities.

The Buffalo Narrows Regional Housing Authority is recruiting a Tenant Relations Officer based in Buffalo Narrows, SK. If you have proven problem solving abilities, work well in a team environment and have a desire to provide the very best customer service in the community, we have a position that may be of interest to you!!

What you will do:
- coordinate move-ins and outs with the maintenance team
- manage housing  applications, conduct income reviews, calculate rental fees and collect rent
- monitor, maintain contact and manage record keeping of current/former tenants
- explain leasing agreements and expectations of tenancy
- investigate lease violations; assist and perform procedures for tenant hearings in conjunction with the Office of the Residential Tenancies

What we are looking for:
- exceptional customer relations skills, accurate data entry skills
    ability to problem solve, manage conflict and stressful situations
- ability to establish effective working relationships
- accountability and ownership of the role with demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

What you will need:
- diploma in Business Administration with experience in property management or equivalent combination of education and experience
- proven expertise using Microsoft Office products; a valid drivers license and a licensed roadworthy vehicle

The annual salary range for this full time position is $40,552 - $49,037 plus a Northern Living Allowance. We also provide an excellent group benefits (health, medical, dental) and pension package.
