We are currently seeking: Condition Monitoring Specialist
Lanigan, SK.
Desired Skills and Experience
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
The Condition Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for providing routine condition based monitoring to large industrial clients. Technologies include vibration analysis, infrared (mechanical and electrical), oil analysis and airborne ultrasound techniques. Faults are identified using analysis techniques with reporting provided on a timely basis to client managers/supervisors. The goal is to ensure timely and accurate correction of identified equipment faults.
What you will bring:
Vibration Specialist Certification (minimum category 2) - Mandatory.
Training or equivalent experience in predictive technologies.
Thermography Level 1, Motor Circuit Analysis Level 1 and Ultrasonic Level 1 would be an asset.
IR or UE experience desired.
5 to 10 years of CBM experience. Experience with performance of balancing and alignment work.
Experience with industrial equipment maintenance. Proficiency in RBMware, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills. English competency is required.
