Your responsibilities will include:
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, employees and managers.  Participate in community and volunteer activities.
- Work closely with prospective and current customers to determine their unique personal insurance needs including home insurance, tenant, auto, life, health and living benefits.
- Provide service options, information and insurance coverage tailored to meet the needs and expectations of customers.  Serve as a professional agent and ambassador of the firm, providing strong customer serving skills.
- Respond to walk-in and telephone inquiries.
- Follow-up, process and administer changes to insurance policies.  Maintain up to date records and process documents in a timely, accurate manner.
- Monitor the office and team workload, offering support as needed.  Work co-operatively with all manager and employee teams.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Education & Experience:
- CAIB level 1 to 3; CIP or FCIB designation will also be considered.
- 1-2 years minimum related experience.
- Ability to learn new software programs.
