Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to provide expertise and skill in supporting the daily operation of an expanding grain handling facility.

Reporting to the General Manager, as the Operations Manager, you will:
- Ensure the product meets or exceeds the quality specifications demanded by customers worldwide.
- Be responsible for leading the operations team to complete expected tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure a high percentage of all grain shipments unloaded are export ready

- do you have grain grading skills with the ability to blend products to meet specifications?
- have you supervisory experience?
