PARTNERS Family Services is hiring a dedicated casual Family Support Worker. Responsibilities include working directly with families in their homes in the areas of parenting, child development, life skills, etc; transportation as required; and monitoring supervised visits. The successful candidate must be willing to travel throughout the Humboldt area, and up to a 100km radius from the city. Hours vary from 0-20 hours per week, dependent on caseload.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience working with children, youth or families
Certificate/diploma/degree related to social services, humanities, early childhood development, etc preferred
Valid First Aid/CPR
Criminal record and vulnerable person check
Satisfactory driver's abstract
Valid Sask driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with sufficient insurance
