Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert is hiring for the full time position of a Service & Warranty Administrator.
This person will be responsible for:
- Day to day Warranty Administration
- Contacting service customers
- Accepting customer payments
- Booking & Confirming Service Appointments
- Customer Retention Program
- Customer Service Surveys
- Other administrative duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Phone & in-person communication skills
- Written Skills
- Basic Computer knowledge/skills
- Experience with a Dealer Management System would be considered an asset, but is not a requirement.
- Experience in administration is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
