Riverside Dodge in Prince Albert is hiring for the full time position of a Service & Warranty Administrator.
This person will be responsible for:
- Day to day Warranty Administration
- Contacting service customers
- Accepting customer payments
- Booking & Confirming Service Appointments
- Customer Retention Program
- Customer Service Surveys
- Other administrative duties as required.
Skills Required:
- Phone & in-person communication skills
- Written Skills
- Basic Computer knowledge/skills
- Experience with a Dealer Management System would be considered an asset, but is not a requirement.
- Experience in administration is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right applicant.
Pay will be salary based, and will depend on applicant's experience and education. Riverside is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive wages.
