Riverside Dodge Chrysler Jeep is hiring for the position of a full time Service Advisor. Applicant must be a team player, have excellent customer service, and have great communication skills. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. The right candidate must have intermediate computer skills, and excellent phone communication skills. This position requires an individual that is able to continually learn about products and services offered by our company. Experience in this field is an asset, but not a requirement. We are able to provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
Communicating with customers to determine their needs
Perform a walk around with the customer and record information from the vehicle
Enter data into Dealer Management System
Keeping an organized and clean department
Working along with the other departments such as sales and parts
