Rising Stars Early Childhood Centre is seeking a responsible, reliable, enthusiastic and energetic ECE to join our team. Our main concern is the health & safety of the children in our care; therefore you must ensure the well-being and safety of the children at all times.
Responsibilities:
to encourage the development of skills and abilities of the individual children while learning to be part of a group.
To promote an atmosphere conductive to positive communication and understanding
To provide the opportunity for individual creativity and the expression of ideas
Willing to work with varying ages from 18 months to 12 years old
Willing to work as part of a team
Able to work a variety of hours (6:15am 6:30pm)
Requirements:
Must have ECE Level I,II,III or willingness to further ECE Training requirements of meet certification. Education program is available.
Criminal Record Check, including Vulnerable Sector Check
CPR & First Aid ( If not current willing to update or obtain)
Food safe
Experience: Is preferred but employer is willing to train the right candidate

Assist in housekeeping duties
Arrange transition periods such as lunch and rest for children
Conduct and monitor activity programs designed for young children

Prepare and serve snacks
Guide children in development of proper eating, dressing toilet habits.
Discuss progress and problems of children at staff meetings
