An opportunity to maintain positive tenant relationships through professional and effective responsiveness to, and proactive consideration of tenant issues.  
Self-motivated, pro-active and highly deadline-oriented, you have a history of success in commercial property management, and building successful tenant relationships.  You are recognized for your ability to provide strong leadership to staff and build strong working relationships with the property management team, tenants, vendors, contractors and senior management as needed to resolve operational challenges and implement new initiatives.
The Property Manager position supports and assists in the management of residential and commercial real estate in accordance with the Management Agreements. The Property Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the property,, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. The Property Manager handles tenant complaints, service requests, and preventative maintenance as well as reconstruction.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
    Maintain positive tenant relationships through professional & effective responsiveness & proactive consideration of tenant issues, thereby ensuring that tenant expectations & landlord criteria are being consistently met
    Act as direct tenant liaison to ensure that all construction activities are well-coordinated, organized & pro-actively managed, & in fulfilment of lease obligations
    Responsible for all relevant tenant communications
    Accountable for the health & safety of operations within the building
    Responsible for the  fulfillment of the maintenance & upkeep of all buildings
    Assist in the preparation & implementation of initiatives to increase & uphold the quality & effectiveness of tenant relations
    Manage inspection & audit process for services delivered
    Manage & report non-conformances & critical incidents
