In order to more closely measure our progress in the pursuit of our unique mandate, Creative Saskatchewan is seeking a Creative Industry Analyst. The successful applicant will have the analytical skill to evaluate the economic impact of our creative clients commercial endeavours, and the foresight to recognize emerging trends in our creative industries.
Responsibilities:
Prepare complete grant analysis reports for CFO, CEO and the Board of Directors
Maintain database of grant recipients and liaise with grant recipients
Respond to frequent internal inquiries about grant financial commitments
Conduct market research and analyze trends; working in conjunction with the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership
Assist CFO for annual year-end audit
Special projects on an ad hoc basis
Qualifications:
Superior analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and balance multiple deliverables
Ability to drive results while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills
Ability to communicate and present information in a clear and concise manner to the relevant audience
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, take ownership of issues and see through to resolution
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelors degree in Economics, Marketing, Commerce, or other relevant field
