Description

The Wyant Group is now accepting applications for a Cleaner for its Lakeland Ford dealership. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented person who enjoys making things clean and tidy!

Please note that this position is full-time and we are open to discussing the schedule i.e. 4am to 12:30pm, 12pm to 8:30pm or some type of split shift.

As the successful applicant you will:
-    Previous experience as a cleaner
-    Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
-    Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
-    Ability to problem solve and analyze situations
-    Be extremely organized
-    Possess excellent follow through and follow up skills
-    Ability to work independently and as a team

In this exciting role, you will:
-    Clean and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, windows, restroom cleaning etc)
-    Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
-    Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
-    Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
-    Make adjustments and minor repairs
-    Stock and maintain supply rooms
-    Cooperate with the rest of the staff
-    Follow all health and safety regulations
