Description

E. Bourassa & Sons is looking for a Store Manager to manage our Weyburn NAPA Auto Parts location. The Store Manager is primarily focused on demonstrating true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect and efficiency while operating a market leading NAPA Store.

Reports to: General Manager (E Bourassa & Sons)        

Job Duties:

-Customer Focus and high energy
-Ability to operate a cash register and navigate computer and paper catalogue systems
-Passion for delivering customer care in a strong team environment
-Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store
-Help outside sales in identifying, developing and maintaining wholesale accounts
-Build, guide and develop a highly engaged and productive store staff
-Strive for continuous improvement in processes and procedures
-Protect and maintain the security of store assets
-Continue to maintain a store recognized for safety and appearance

Skills and Abilities:

-Must have previous managerial experience
-Must have superior communication & customer service skills
-Automotive parts or service experience considered an asset
-Retail experience and Outside Sales experience considered strong assets
-Ability to negotiate customer complaints to a satisfactory resolution
-Excellent computer and organizational skills
-Ability to recruit, develop, assess, train and motivate staff to achieve store operational and sales targets

Qualifications and Experience:

-High School Diploma or equivalent; technical or college degree an asset
-Experience in a dealership or retail establishment
-Experience in parts and service an asset
-Knowledge of inventory controls, stocking levels and seasonal shifts
-Experience in an outside sales or service role growing a business in a new area
