Duties:
-Performing clerical duties - typing, faxing and filing
-Answering phones and relaying messages
-Scheduling and confirming appointments
-Taking payment and issuing receipts
-Various other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-Computer skills (QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Email and Internet)
-Punctual and dependable
-Ability to work in a confidential environment
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to work independently with high level of professionalism
-Organizational and time management skills
Applicants with Medical Office Education experience preferred
