We are seeking a full-time construction office manager / administrator to assist with our small yet growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare correspondence, reports
- Manage administrative email inbox, resolve or escalate incoming issues
- Schedule and manage outlook calendars
- Answer telephone
- Maintain electronic filing system, digitizing documents and organizing as required
- Manage internal staff schedules and report on performances.
- Assist with developing office procedures
- Compile data and research as requested
- Communicate with clients as required
- Communicate with vendors as required
- Work extensively within Office, Excel and Word
- Manipulate PDFs by adding pages, removing pages, converting word documents to PDFs
- May perform various bookkeeping activities such as preparing invoices
- Expected to learn and become proficient with our internal insurance software program
- Xactimate experience would be an asset, but not mandatory.
Our office hours are 9a.m.-5:30p.m. M-F or approximately 40 hours/week however, we can be flexible for the right person.
Compensation: Salary based on $15-$18/hr depending on experience and qualifications.
