RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide sales support for assigned customer segment, including:
-Sell product to existing and new customers and respond to general inquiries
-Customer follow-up to sales contracts, tradeshows and presentations
-Assist in the preparation of price quotes based upon customer requests.
-Collaborate with Sales Team on all sales opportunities
-Conduct in/outbound calls as required to ensure effective communication with clients regarding issues and inquires, as well as order status, updates, promotions and special projects
-Processing customer orders regarding inventory, scheduling and transportation
-Contribute to the development and maintenance of department databases for sales, customer and product specifications
-Maintain the rolling sales forecast based upon regular follow-up with customers
-Handle all inquiries requiring investigation, trouble shooting and problem solving to provide resolution within 24 hours
-Increase education and awareness of Bioriginal products by pro-actively promoting product portfolio
-Ensure personal and team goals are achieved in terms of development, product knowledge, and key performance indicators
-Account management activities
-Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Customer Service/Communications Skills: Understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service on each and every client interaction both written and verbal
-Problem Solving: Responding to client inquires by using existing knowledge, skills, and resources
-University/College Degree preferred
-Minimum 2 years work experience in customer service/sales related positions preferred
-Attention to detail and organizational skills
-Experience on MS Office Suite required
-Experience, knowledge of Essential Fatty Acids and the nutritional supplement market preferred
