We are seeking a full-time, temporary Client Services Representative in the Saskatoon Clinic. The ideal candidate brings a strong commitment to deliver exceptional customer service as part of an award winning team. The position is available for a six month term, with option for extension.
Primary Purpose:
The Client Services Representative (CSR) will work in the call
centre of the Saskatoon Clinic responding
to clients in a timely and professional manner. Furthermore, the
CSR will provide administrative support to all departments.
Responsibilities:
Booking services provided across Canada
Processing payments for services rendered
Administrative duties as assigned
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn company specific software programs
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desire to meet high standards of performance
Bilingualism is an asset
Qualifications:
Completion of an administrative certificate is an asset
Previous experience in a customer service capacity is an
asset.
Demonstrated typing speed of at least 50 wpm.
