Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team in Regina. In this important role, you will play a key part in maintaining a positive, smooth flow of customer service, reception and administrative activities.

In this role, you will:
- Greet incoming clients, customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide telephone reception support: answer calls, relay messages and respond to general enquiries.
- Focus on serving customers quickly and effectively.
- Provide administrative support to various staff members that includes general correspondence, scheduling meetings, technical reports, etc.
- Provide general office support in the areas of mail, courier, fax, email, office supplies and equipment, electronic and hard copy filing, and other related duties.
- Represent the company in a professional and outgoing manner; maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Office training is an asset
- 2-5 years of strong Reception/Administration support
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Internet
