The Banking Centre Leader is the local market leader within their community who leads and inspires their team to deliver a superior client experience. The Banking Centre Leader and their team focus on the delivery of a wide range of products and advisory services to our clients.  The emphasis is on meeting clients financial needs, and ensuring that every client is served by the individual best suited to meet their financial goals, proactively acting as an entrepreneur, owning business results and acquiring new clients to power net sales growth.
  
What Were Looking for
Successful completion of the Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) at hire
Branch Compliance Officers Course (BCO) or Branch Managers Examination Course (BME) are an asset
Advanced financial planning courses such, as the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH) Wealth Management Essentials (WME) and the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) are an asset
Ability to provide appropriate ongoing learning and coaching for the continuous improvement of the sales and service team within the Banking Centre
Creating and developing opportunities to further organizational/business objectives or improve organizational performance
Proven ability to provide financial advice and solutions to meet client needs
Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of retail and small business banking, and high value offers products and tools
Excellent relationship building skills to establish strong key relationships with clients, employees, peers, partners, district leadership, business owners and community leaders
