The position of Technical Analyst, Enterprise Applications, Security and Support, is an integral member of service delivery and support team in the department of Information Technology Services (ITS).
The Technical Analyst is highly skilled in the planning, implementation, delivery and the continuous improvement of Saskatchewan Polytechnics services in the Enterprise Applications, Security, Identity and Access area.
This position is required to maintain a high degree of professional knowledge in the following areas:
Identity management and Access: Provide, integrate, manage, monitor, and implement enterprise identity management and access management including strategies and procedures for ERP integration, Active Directory, Cloud integration and Single Sign On.
Manage Security: Provide, manage, monitor, and implement security procedures and strategies to ensure adequate protection of the Saskatchewan Polytechnic infrastructure and data including SSL Certificates, SFTP, domain redirects, website security
Manage Enterprise Applications: Design, Implement, manage, and provide support to the applications used across the enterprise including Learning platforms, Web Infrastructure, Content management systems and other enterprise applications
This position is relied upon to provide expert technical guidance, direction and instruction to projects, management, team members, customers and students.
To be successful for this positions, the candidate is expected to hold a diploma in Information Technology. We are seeking a person with 5 years demonstrated experience in enterprise applications, security and identity and access management within an enterprise information technology environment.
